East suburban landscape company looking to hire two self-motivated individuals to expand crews for fundamental and basic landscape maintenance and installation services for immediate hire on a full-time basis. Position is competitive since only two positions are available.  Snow removal services offer ability to earn hours during winter season.

COMPENSATION

Position is competitive since only two positions are available.  Snow removal services offer ability to earn hours during winter season.

DESCRIPTION

Frame and form construction for concrete placement, grade construction preparation areas in accordance with directions. Remove, clean and load forms, tools and equipment. Performs other general duties as required to complete each project.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified applicants must possess the following:

• Demonstrated skills in using a tape measure, level and string line
• Capable of forming and pouring concrete
• Experience with all standard concrete surface finishes
• Proper tie-off procedures
• General familiarity with power tools
• Ability to use hand tools such as screeds, floats, stamps, saws, grinders, shovels, rakes, brooms, brushes, floats, trowels, and hammers
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from shop
